The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130420 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under "Health Department, Family and Community Health Services, Women's, Infant's and Children's Nutrition Program Grant (C)", delete one position of "Nutritionist (X)(C)(Q)" and add two positions of "Nutritionist (X)(C)(Q)".
Under "Communications & Public Relations", delete one position of "Graphic Designer II (X)".
Under "Finance", delete one position of "Program Assistant II" and add one position of "Accounting Assistant II".
Under "Human Resources", delete one position of "Human Resource Analyst - Senior" and add one position of "Human Resource Analyst - Senior (X)".
Under "Clinic Operations", delete two positions of "Accounting Assistant II", add one position of "Accounting Assistant II", and add one position of "Program Assistant II (X)".
Under "Disease Control and Environmental Health Services Division, Home Environmental Health, Lead Hazard Reduction Demonstration Grants (HUD)(RR)", delete four positions of "Lead Risk Assessor II (X)(RR)" and add three positions of "Lead Risk Assessor II (X)(RR)".
Under "Bioterrorism-CDC Public Health Preparedness Grant (A)", delete one position of "Health Project Coordinator - Public Health Surveillance (X)(Y)(A)(P)(T)".
Under "Consumer Environmental Health", delete one position of "Infectious Disease Epidemiologist (X)(Y)(S)"; delete footnotes "(M), (AA), and (UU); and change footnote "(DDD)" to read as follows:
"To expire 06/30/14 unless the Seek, Test, Treat (STT): Addressing HIV in the Criminal Justice System Grant, available from Tulane University is extended."
Under "Police Department, Operations Decision Unit, District 2 and Weed & Seed Unit", change footnote "(S)" to read as follows:
"State Beat Patrol Grant: To expire 12/31/14 unless the State Beat Patrol Program Grant available from the State of Wisconsin, Office of Justice Assistance, is extended."
Under "Administration Services Decision Unit, Narcotics", change footnote "(K)" to read as follows:
"High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Grant. Position authority to expire if HIDTA funding and the HIDTA project are discontinued or until 12/31/14 unless the HIDTA grant is extended."
Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130420 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2014 - December 22, 2013):
Under the "Department of Public Works - Operations Division - Forestry Section, Auxiliary Personnel", delete fifteen positions of "Urban Forestry Laborer (Seasonal)" and add fifteen positions of "Temporary Landscape Laborer".
Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Part 4. The provisions of Part 2 of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2014 (December 22, 2013).
The provisions of all other parts of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 5. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
