Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2014 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:

Fire Department, Health Department, Library, Mayor, Municipal Court, Department of Neighborhood Services, Police Department, Department of Public Works - Operations Division, Department of Public Works - Operations Division, Department of Public Works - Water Works

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Pay Range 1IX, delete the titles “Housing Outreach Director” and “Housing Policy Director”.

Part 2. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2014 - December 22, 2013):

Under Pay Range 1BX, delete the titles of “Water Distribution Field Supervisor (2)” and “Water Meter Field Supervisor”; add the title of “Water Field Supervisor (2) (4)” and footnote “(4)” to read “Recruitment is at $2,157.00 ($56,081.88)”.

Part 3. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 10, 2014 - April 27, 2014):

Under Pay Range 1AX, add the title “Permit Desk Supervisor”.

Under Pay Range IBX, delete the title “Parking Operations Supervisor”.

Under Pay Range 1DX, add the title “Parking Operations Supervisor (2)”.

Part 4. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 130419 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
