Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee authorized construction of streetscape improvements on West Wisconsin Avenue from North 4th Street to North 10th Street under Common Council File Number 051582; and

Whereas, Additional streetscape improvements have been added to the project during the completion of streetscape design which will result in additional costs to the project; and

Whereas; Construction of streetscape improvements has been authorized for construction on a single Wisconsin Department of Transportation Project I.D. Number rather than two separate Project I.D. Numbers as previously authorized; and

Whereas, Additional funds in the amount of $490,000 are necessary for the estimated Wisconsin Department of Transportation and City of Milwaukee construction costs for the project; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Comptroller is hereby authorized to transfer additional funds, and to adjust and amend previously authorized fund allocations as follows:
