Analysis
This ordinance establishes a Master Sign Program Overlay Zone and approves Exhibit A relating to sign design standards.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee (“Common Council”), do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances (“Code”) a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-1017.0001. The zoning map is amended to establish a Master Sign Program Overlay Zone (MSP) for a part of Block 72, part of Lots 18 and 19 and all of Lot 20, and part of Lots 21 through 24 in Block 73, together with part of Lot 9 and all of Lots 10 through 22 in Block 78 and all of vacated North 74th Street and vacated West Clovernook Street adjoining said lots, being in Menomonee River Hills East in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Town 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, which is bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Block 72; thence North 00 deg. 23 min. 50 sec. East along the west line of Block 72 aforesaid 130.00 feet to the point of beginning of the lands herein to be described; continuing thence North 00 deg. 23 min. 50 sec. East 111.83 feet to a point; thence South 86 deg. 28 min. 14 sec. East 195.42 feet to a point on the west line of said Parcel 1; thence North 03 deg. 53 min. 20 sec. East 339.39 feet to a point; thence North 89 deg. 29 min. 43 sec. West 215.80 feet to a point; thence North 00 deg. 23 min. 50 sec. East 51.83 feet to a point; thence South 86 deg. 06 min. 50 sec.
