Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of West Capitol Drive from West Fond du Lac Avenue to North 76th Street from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the south side of West Capitol Drive from North Sherman Boulevard to North 76th Street from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the north side of West Capitol Drive from North Sherman Boulevard to West Fond du Lac Avenue from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 2. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Capitol Drive from North Sherman Boulevard to North 47th Street from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday

On the south side of West Capitol Drive from North Sherman Boulevard to North 54th Street from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM except Saturday and Sunday

Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of West Villard Avenue from the east curb line of North 33rd Street to a point 50 feet east thereof at any time"

"On the north side of West Rohr Avenue from the east curb line of North 26th Street to a point 60 feet east thereof at any time"

"On the west side of South 5th Place from South Chase Avenue to West Grant Street at any time from the 16th day of November to the 15th day of April during declared snow emergencies from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM"
