Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of North 49th Street from the first east/west alley south of West Burleigh Street to a point 20 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 49th Street from the south curb line of West Burleigh Street to a point 90 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the west side of North 30th Street between West Station and West North Avenues"
"On North 13th Street from West Finn Place to West Abert Street from December 1 to March 1 except Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM"
"On the south side of West Walnut Street from West Lisbon Avenue to North 3rd Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays"
"On the east side of North 16th Street from the south curb line of West Juneau Avenue to a point approximately 60 feet south thereof at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North 49th Street from West Burleigh Street to a point 260 feet south at any time
On the east side of West Appleton Avenue from West Courtland Avenue to a point 50 feet south at any time
On the west side of North Harbor Drive from a point 500 feet north of East Chicago Street to East Michigan Street from June 1 to September 1
On the west side of North 10th Street from West Galena Place to West Walnut Street at any time
On the south side of West Virginia Avenue from South 6th Street to a point 45 feet west
