Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of North 49th Street from the first east/west alley south of West Burleigh Street to a point 20 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 49th Street from the south curb line of West Burleigh Street to a point 90 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the west side of North 30th Street between West Station and West North Avenues"
"On North 13th Street from West Finn Place to West Abert Street from December 1 to March 1 except Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM"
"On the south side of West Walnut Street from West Lisbon Avenue to North 3rd Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays"
"On the east side of North 16th Street from the south curb line of West Juneau Avenue to a point approximately 60 feet south thereof at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North 49th Street from West Burleigh Street to a point 260 feet south at any time
On the east side of West Appleton Avenue from West Courtland Avenue to a point 50 feet south at any time
On the west side of North Harbor Drive from a point 500 feet north of East Chicago Street to East Michigan Street from June 1 to September 1
On the west side of North 10th Street from West Galena Place to West Walnut Street at any time
On the south side of West Virginia Avenue from South 6th Street to a point 45 feet west
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On North 17th Street from the north curb line of West Center Street to a point 115 feet north"
"On the east side of North 27th Street between West Townsend Street and West Keefe Avenue from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 Noon"
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of North 32nd Street between West Wright Street and West Clarke Street"
"On the south side of West Townsend Street from North 28th Street to North 30th Street"
"On North 12th Street from West Vliet Street to West Galena Street"
Part 5. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:
On West Hayes Avenue from South 7th Street to South 8th Street
On South 17th Street from South Pearl Street to West Lapham Street
On South 24th Street from West Orchard Street to West Lapham Street
On West Orchard Street from South 2nd Street to South 3rd Street
On North 99th Street from West Vienna Avenue to West Metcalf Place
