Analysis
This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

N. Teutonia Ave. Lincoln Creek Bridge (BR10020000/SP032020100) (2080-03-70) File Number 011063: Concrete pavement reconstruction. (Federal/State Funds -- $510,720; Nonassessable Bridge Funds – $146,832; Federal/State Grantor Funds -- $76,608). These funds are to be transferred to the construction account BR30080710.

4th Aldermanic District

W. Highland Bl. Bridge over the Soo Line Rail Road (BR10090000) File Number 020168: Retaining wall repair. (Nonassessable City Structure Fund -- $60,000)

6th Aldermanic District
