Analysis
This resolution approves an Out-of-Program Agreement between the Heritage Meadows Land Company and the City of Milwaukee regarding the design, construction and funding of public improvements to support an 18 lot single family home subdivision to be located generally west of North 110th Street, south of West Heritage Drive, east of North 114th Street and north of West Meadowcreek Drive. The agreement provides that the Developer pay for all the public improvements. The City will design the improvements and inspect their construction. The agreement further provides that either the City or the Developer may construct the improvements at the discretion of the Commissioner of Public Works.

Whereas, Heritage Meadows Land Company, a developer, desires to enter into an Out-of-Program Agreement with the City of Milwaukee regarding the design and installation of public improvements to serve an 18 lot single family residential subdivision known as Heritage Meadows Addition No. 2; and
