This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.
BODY:
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:
3rd Aldermanic District
Alley between N. Downer Ave., E. Newberry Blvd., E. Park Pl., and N. Stowell Ave. (East-West Leg) ST21200145 (880-0855-4) File Number 981611: Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, replace some abutting sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, and grading. (Nonassessable Alley Paving Fund -- $21,710; Assessable Alley Paving Fund -- $5,390)

Alley between W. Carmen Ave., W. Thurston Ave., N. 96th St., and N. 97th St. ST21200117 (888-0720-8) File Number 960973: Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, replace some abutting sidewalk and driveway approaches, storm water drainage facilities where needed, and grading.
