Analysis
This zoning change was requested by David Stainbrook and will allow for the construction of a three-unit residential structure.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-501.3.0003. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 4229 West Howard Avenue, Tax Key No. 575-9999-100, from Two-Family Residential (RT1) to Multi-Family Residential (RM1).
