Ald. Bauman asked how the "do not riding on sidewalks" compliance works and read an e-mail that he received this morning which is not part the file.
Mr. Kruschke said that if we know the particular time and the scooter location, the company basically track down the client and rescind them from using the scooters again.
Ald. Bauman said that person on the letter says that it happened at 10:50 pm last night at 1800 block of Prospect Av., and that he wants confirmation of receipt.
Mr. Roder said that he will follow up.
Ald. Bauman said that citizens should not have to put up with scooters on sidewalks and behaviors putting them at risk.
Mr. Kruschke agreed.
Mr. Roder gave a presentation that it has been attached to the file.

Ald. Bauman said the purpose of this file is to get periodic reports about permitees complying with the various provisions on the contracts. He added that program has been running for two weeks, that there is nothing to report yet, but that he wants to make sure that there is compliance with the distribution requirements, the sidewalk ridding provisions, the signage and marking on scooters, accessible scooters, etc.
Ald. Brostoff said that Lime has not been in compliance.
