Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said in 2019 there was a fence proposal that was rejected by the Commission. No fence currently exists. Staff supports a 4 foot fence with a round top. The applicant is willing to accept it, but his preference is for a simpler fence. Eric Wagner - owner - Round top fence approved.
