This resolution authorizes the payment of the claim of Donald G. Doro  for property damage in the amount of $453.00.

Body

Whereas, The claimant, Donald G. Doro (C.I. File No. 1068-2020-1373), filed a claim for damages to his 2006 Toyota Highlander on August 25, 2020 against the City of Milwaukee; and

 

Whereas, The Judiciary and Legislation Committee on June 28, 2021 heard from the claimant and the department and voted by five  (5) ayes and zero (0) noes to pay $453.00 toward Mr. Doro's claim of $907.20; now, therefore be it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officials be and hereby are authorized to issue a check in the amount of $453.00, payable to Donald G. Doro., 2850 South Wentworth Avenue, Milwaukee WI  53207 in full and final settlement of said appeal, said amount to be charged to Account No. 636506, Fund No. 0001 Organization No. 1490, Program No. 2631, Sub Class No. S118.
