Analysis

This file establishes a Site Plan Review Overlay Zone for 50 feet of the subject site measured from its west property line, north of the existing access drive.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-1009. The zoning map is amended to establish a Site Plan Review Overlay Zone for a portion of the property located at 6000 South 6th Street, Tax Key No. 687-0751-000 (Lot 1 of CSM DCD No. 3198), to be included in the Site Plan Review Overlay Zone (SPROZ).
