This resolution will cancel weed cutting charges placed on the 2001 Tax Roll due to Administrative Review Appeals Board decision.

Whereas, Weed cutting charges were made against a parcel of real estate in 2001; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to amend the 2001 Tax Roll by canceling the weed cutting charges in the amount of $594 per decision of the Administrative Review Appeals Board, to the possessor of the 2001 tax bill for Key Number 428-0419-000-1 also known as 524 S. 2nd Street, chargeable to Fund Number 0470 6940 636508 39D1; and, be it

Further Resolved, That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
