Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said a citizen called in a complaint about the handrails, which were installed by a local nonprofit that assists senior citizens. Staff thinks the posts, if painted, are adequate, but the railing has to be re-built. Staff recommends approval with conditions listed in the report. The son of the applicant was present via video and was told both railings have to be replaced. Once it is painted, a photo should be sent in.
