Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said a citizen called in a complaint about the handrails, which were installed by a local nonprofit that assists senior citizens. Staff thinks the posts, if painted, are adequate, but the railing has to be re-built. Staff recommends approval with conditions listed in the report.
