Analysis
This resolution implements a footnote to the Fire Repair Shop Design and Construction capital account. The footnote states that expenditures from the Fire Repair Shop Design and Construction capital account are to be released only by Common Council resolution.

Whereas, The 2009 Proposed Budget includes $250,000 in capital funding to support the Fire Repair Shop Design and Construction capital account; and
Whereas, The Fire Repair Shop Design and Construction capital funding is to be used for a land acquisition study; and
Whereas, The land acquisition study should result in a list of potential sites with environmental remediation data and recommendations based upon functional use and space needs; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that expenditures from the Fire Repair Shop Design and Construction capital account are to be released only by Common Council resolution.
