This zoning change was requested by Charlie L. Hutchinson and will allow a broader mix of commercial and industrial uses on the site.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 212 East Mineral Street, Tax Key No. 431-0977-100, from Industrial Heavy (IH) to Industrial Commercial (IC).
