Mr. Pauly said that they have a long time contractor who has done work for PW for many years which had a challenging year in 2023 affecting projects on the north and south sides of the city. He added that they have recognized the concerns from the local aldermen and constituents, that multiple actions have been taken, that meetings were held but that some of the practices continued in the 2024. He also mentioned that the contractor has improved in many ways but still falling short on some of the projects. He also said that they are planning another meeting with the contractor and that the DPW Commissioner will be included and he welcomed anyone interested in sitting at this meeting. Jerrel Kruschke joined the table. Ald. Chambers requested to be added as a co-sponsor. There were no objections.	Pass	5:0
