Title

A Substitute ordinance relating to parking controls and to selling articles from parked vehicles.

Analysis

This ordinance prohibits parking on the east and west sides of North Water Street from East Knapp Street to East Pleasant Street. This ordinance also prohibits selling articles from parked vehicles on the same blocks. This ordinance shall be null and void after May 31, 2023.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east and west sides of North Water Street from East Knapp Street to East Pleasant Street.

Part 2. Section 115-45-2-c of the Code relating to Selling Articles from Parked Vehicles, Locations Where Selling Prohibited, is amended by adding the following:

On the east and west sides of North Water Street from East Knapp Street to East Pleasant Street.

Part 3. This ordinance shall be null and void after May 31, 2023.
