Title

Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Thomas G. D'Arcy on behalf of Hines Acquisitions LLC and will allow a mixed-use development at 333 North Water Street.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 333 North Water Street, Tax Key No. 392-0944-212, from Downtown-Mixed Activity, (C9G), to Downtown- Residential and Specialty Use, (C9B(B)).
