Resolution authorizing and approving Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 15-006 with Hero Plumbing, LLC for annual plumbing maintenance services and emergency after-hour services at various housing developments and support facilities not to exceed $50,000
Hero Plumbing, LLC has completed their contract and after review by staff of the Authority of the contract file, it has been determined that Hero Plumbing, LLC has performed the work satisfactorily and it is in the best interests of the Authority to add a not-to-exceed amount of $50,000.00 to their contract for the sole purpose of paying outstanding invoices.

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee by adoption of Resolution No. 12691, on May 13, 2015, authorized and approved the entering into of a contract between Hero Plumbing, LLC and the Authority for Annual Plumbing Maintenance Services and Emergency After-Hour Services at Various Housing Developments and Support Facilities; and
WHEREAS, Hero Plumbing, LLC has completed their contract and depleted contract funds while invoices remain unpaid; and
WHEREAS, after review by staff of the Authority of the contract file, it has been determined that Hero Plumbing, LLC has performed the work satisfactorily and it is in the best interests of the Authority to add a not-to-exceed amount of $50,000.00 to their contract for the sole purpose of paying outstanding invoices; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee that they be and hereby authorize and approve amending Contract No. 15-006 by adding additional funds; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other terms and conditions of the subject contract, not hereby amended, shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect; and, be it
