Resolution approving an Affidavit of Correction relative to errors contained in Certified Survey Map No. 8930, located on the east side of North Water Street and the north side of East Knapp Street, in the 3rd Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This resolution approves an affidavit that corrects the tie-in dimension from the south line of the SE 1/4 of Section 20 to the north line of East Knapp Street depicted as North 01⁰18’39” West 480.13 feet. On Sheet 1, the tie-in dimension from the south line of the SE 1/4 of Section 20 to the north line of East Knapp Street is corrected as 491.59. On Sheet 2, in the legal description, Line 5 is corrected as 491.59.

Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 8930 was recorded as Document No. 10688117 in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, on June 30, 2017; and
Whereas, Donald C. Chaput, a Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor, submitted an affidavit correcting errors in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295, Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Affidavit of Correction for Certified Survey Map No. 8930, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
