Analysis

This ordinance prohibits selling articles from parked vehicles on both sides of South 13th Street between West Lapham Boulevard and West Forest Home Avenue and the east and west sides of South 14th Street between West Rogers Street and West Forest Home Avenue.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  Section 115-45-2-c of the code relating to Selling Articles from Parked Vehicles, Locations Where Selling Prohibited, is amended by adding the following:

 

The east and west sides of South 13th Street between West Lapham Boulevard and West Forest Home Avenue, all days of the week, including Sundays and holidays.

 

The east and west sides of South 14th Street between West Rogers Street and West Forest Home Avenue, all days of the week, including Sundays and holidays.
