Whereas, Shakers, Inc. proposes to occupy, and construct and maintain various encroachments in, the public right-of-way of the west leg of the east-west alley abutting the premises located at 422-424 South 2nd Street; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Shakers, Inc. is granted a special privilege for the occupancy of, and the construction and maintenance of various encroachments in, the public right-of-way of the west leg of the east-west alley abutting the premises located at 422-424 South 2nd Street; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the occupancy of, and the construction and maintenance of various encroachments in, the public right-of-way, and the subsequent removal thereof, shall be to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the special privilege is granted only on condition that by acceptance of the special privilege the grantee, Shakers, Inc., shall comply with the provisions specified under s. 245-12-3 of the code.
