Title

Analysis
This zoning change was requested by the City of Milwaukee, acting for the benefit of the Milwaukee Board of School Directors, and it will permit the property to be marketed for office use.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601.2.0055. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 6914 West Appleton Avenue, Tax Key No. 264-0426-000, from Multi-Family Residential (RM2) to Local Business (LB1).
