Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

2nd Aldermanic District

N. 68th St. @ W. Lancaster Ave. (ST211240164/ST221250710) Install traffic calming pinned-on traffic circle. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $6,175; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $2,500; Traffic Calming Assessment Offset -- $10,325). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $19,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2025 construction season.
