This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to execute documents required for right-of-way acquisition, including easements on City-owned parcels, and approves the right-of-way exhibits associated with the rehabilitation of North 20th Street (STH 57) North Avenue to Hopkins Street. The total estimated cost of the right-of-way acquisition is $205,000. Federal/State grantor funds will cover 100% of the aforementioned costs; and
This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to execute documents required for right-of-way acquisition, including easements on City-owned parcels, and approves the right-of-way exhibits associated with the safety improvements of North 76th Street (STH 181) and West Hampton Avenue.
