Analysis
This resolution amends the time given to the MKE Community Impact Committee to devise a method for allocating funds within the MKE Community Impact Fund. The period to devise a methodology and present the method to the Common Council for approval is extended from 120 days, to 240 days.

Whereas, Common Council File Number 250489, which was adopted in July, 2025, directs the Community Impact Committee to devise a method for allocating funds within the MKE Community Impact Fund and to present the methodology to the Common Council within 120 days of the effective date of the resolution for approval; and
Whereas, The Committee would benefit from additional time to devise allocation methods for the MKE Community Impact Fund; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council File Number 250489 is amended by changing the number of days given for the MKE Community Impact Committee to devise a method for allocating funds within the MKE Community Impact Fund and to present that methodology to the Common Council for approval from 120 days, to 240 days from the effective date of this resolution.
