Analysis

This ordinance reduces the fee for a cigarette and tobacco license from $100 to $25 effective January 1, 2004.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 81-21-2 of the code is amended to read:

81-21.  Cigarette and Tobacco License.

2.  The fee for each license shall be [[$100]] >>$25<<.

Part 2.  This ordinance takes effect January 1, 2004.
