Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential, RT3, to Multi-Family Residential, RM4, for redevelopment of the former Edison Middle School located at 5372 North 37th Street, in the block bounded by West Custer Avenue, North 36th Street, West Rohr Avenue, and North 37th Street, in the 1st Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was requested by the City of Milwaukee and will allow the
redevelopment of the former Edison Middle School into multi-family housing.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 5372 North 37th Street, Tax Key No. 192-0520-000, from Two-Family Residential RT3 to Multi-Family Residential RM4.
