Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-10-2 of the Code relating to No Right Turns on Red Signal is amended by adding the following:
On North Broadway at East St. Paul Avenue when streetcar is present southbound
On East Clybourn Street at North Broadway westbound
On East Kilbourn Avenue at North Broadway when streetcar is present eastbound
On East Kilbourn Avenue at North Jackson Street when streetcar is present westbound
On East Michigan Street at North Milwaukee Street eastbound
On East Michigan Street at North Milwaukee Street when streetcar is present westbound
On North Milwaukee Street at East Kilbourn Avenue when streetcar is present southbound
On North Milwaukee Street at East Michigan Street when streetcar is present northbound
On North Milwaukee Street at East St. Paul Avenue southbound
On East Ogden Avenue at North Jackson Street when streetcar is present eastbound
On West St. Paul Avenue at North Vel R. Phillips Avenue westbound
On North Vel R. Phillips Avenue at West St. Paul Avenue southbound
Part 2. Section 101-11-1 of the Code relating to No Left Turns is amended by adding the following:
On East Kilbourn Avenue at North Milwaukee Street eastbound
On East Kilbourn Avenue at North Milwaukee Street westbound
On East Kilbourn Avenue at North Jackson Street eastbound
On East Michigan Street at North Jefferson Street eastbound
On East Michigan Street at North Jefferson Street westbound
On East Michigan Street at North Jackson Street westbound
Part 3. Section 101-12-2 of the Code relating to No U-Turns Prohibited is amended by adding the following:
On West Howard Avenue at South 2nd Street from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM eastbound
On East Kilbourn Avenue at North Milwaukee Street eastbound
On East Kilbourn Avenue at North Milwaukee Street westbound
On East Kilbourn Avenue at North Jackson Street eastbound
On East Michigan Street at North Jackson Street westbound
Part 4. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On North 40th Street at West Kiley Avenue
On West Ohio Avenue and South 80th Street in all directions
Part 5. Section 101-21.5-1 of the Code relating to Designation and Markings of bicycle Lanes is amended by adding the following:
On North Teutonia Avenue from West Garfield Avenue to West Groeling Avenue
