Analysis
This ordinance requires the board of zoning appeals to notify the local common council member and the department of neighborhood services within 15 days whenever a zoning appeal expires.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 295-311-10 of the code is created to read:
295-311. Appeals.
10. NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF APPEAL. The board of zoning appeals shall notify the local common council member and the permitting and licensing divisions within 15 days of an expiration of a zoning appeal. Notification shall include the case number and type, applicant’s name, and the location of the premises.
