Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

5th Aldermanic District

W. Kaul Ave. - N. 112th St. to N. 113th St. (ST211260126). Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $1,075; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $7,125). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $8,200. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.

W. Langlade St. - N. 110th St. to N. 112th St. (ST211260121). Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $3,290; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $4,710). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $8,000.
