Chris Hayden appeared on behalf of the applicant said that his client has lived in the city his entire life and that he has been a successful business man and that has done everything to keep this business safe and that all the reports from the police talk about being cooperative and supportive with the investigations and that the suspension was not mentioned on the notice and police reports. Ald. Hamilton said that he is in objection for the decision made for the license of Nathan T. Tusler Ald. Coggs made a motion to send back to the committee the Class D Operator's license renewal applications of India S Sullivan and Janet Lopez. (Prevailed 12-3)
