Ald. Coggs asked if everything what was discussed during the hearing of 11/30/21 was included in the plan of operations.
Mr. Cooney said that those changes are reflected on the plan of operations.
Ald. Perez said that he appreciated the patience of the committee and that even after the amendments have been made to the application the constituents still not in support of this application so at this time he cannot support the license based on neighborhood testimony.
Ald. Borkowski said that what bothers him on this particular issue is the parking situation.
Ms. Gardner said that she will have a parking lot lease for 20 cars signed after she completes this license matter first.
Ald. Perez said that he wanted to make it clear that neighbors don't want a bar and they are against the hours.
Ald. Dodd said that this applicant hasn't set record yet and she is afraid that there is and underlying issues on this application.
