Those six candidates were interviewed by the majority of the Board and narrowed down to the top three candidates: Malik Aziz, Chris Davis, and Hoyt Mahaley. Commissioner Everett Cocroft - Vote in favor of Malik Aziz Commissioner Fred Crouther - Vote in favor of Hoyt Mahaley Commissioner Steven DeVougas - Vote in favor of Hoyt Mahaley Commissioner Angela McKenzie - Vote in favor of Malik Aziz Commissioner Anna Wilson - Vote in favor of Hoyt Mahaley Commissioner Nelson Soler - Vote in favor of Malik Aziz Votes tied 3-3.
