Minutes note: Ms. Morris stated the Public Art Subcommittee wants to speak with HPC regarding mural guidelines. She added that the Subcommittee also discussed an artist in residence program. She stated that the West Side Arts, New State mural project submitted a revised budget. Ms. Morris moved approval of the revised budget, seconded by Mr. Murphy. There were no objections.
Ald. Kovac stated the guidelines should also be shared with the architectural review boards.
Ald. Murphy stated the Mayor's proposed 2021 budget cut the Arts Board funding from $250,000 to $195,000. | | | |
