Minutes note: Commissioner Robakowski made a motion to have the preliminary interviews in private and have the number of candidates reduced to 3. After the 3 candidates have been chosen, then the commission will go into the public forms to allow the community to meet the candidates and ask questions. Commissioner Cocroft made a friendly amendment to the motion that was currently on the floor. After the commission narrows down its 3 candidates, then have the 3 candidates interviewed in the public forms by the commission. Commissioner Robakowski denied Commissioner Cocroft's friendly amendment.
