Capt. Caglione says that the location is a serious problem and is a danger to the citizens that live in the area. He also says that known gang members readily admit to hanging out at the establishment and that a gang-related incident occurred just a few days ago at the club.

Marta Alcantar, 2468 S. 10th St., is a bartender at the establishment. She says that she has seen a positive change since security has been increased. She also says that the business has a positive atmosphere and deals with fights in the establishment right away.
Diane Brozowski, 2691 S. 9th Place, says that the trouble in the area is not all coming from Southern Comfort. She says that she does not hear any of the shootings that the previous objectors testified to. She also patronizes the bar.
Jeff Hammel, 2691 S. 9th Place, is in support of the license. He says that if there is any noise, it is on Saturday nights.
Ken Mitsche, 6230 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Cudahy, owns the building and says a lot of the issues in the last year were caused by problem tenants living behind the building. He owns property with the applicant, but says that the property is not owned under K & F Entertainment, LLC.
Ms. Ruiz says that there was no effort to make changes at the property until the location was declared a nuisance.
