She added and that maybe a suspension is in order because they already received a warning letter.
Ald. Kovac stated he is more concerned with the failure to report the shooting, than the actual shooting itself. He added that the worst possible thing is not to call the police when there's a shooting. He added that he agrees a suspension is in order given the failure to report.
Ald. Lewis asked when the third bouncer was hired and how a patron was able to enter with a gun. She added that last year there was also a failure to report.

Janet Tierney 1111 N Marshall St #404 stated she asked the premises to lower the volume and it was turned down, and then increased again so she called the police. She stated she feels threatened and bullied by the applicant and their attorney, she added that they said they would ruin her reputation.
Ald. Kovac stated he remembers the hearing last year and he was reluctant to suspend the license because of the scheduled weddings. He added that he is shocked that the applicant is back again with the same issues, given how close they were to a suspension, and that they neighbors haven't be made happy. He added that he is stunned that the neighbors were threatened.
