Jim Larson 730 N Plankinton Ave #9C stated he loves living downtown and his concern is the noise pollution associated with the success of the river. Claude Krawczyk 730 N Plankinton Ave #9D stated he loves living downtown and wants to make positive recommendations to alleviate concerns. He stated the traffic problems are getting worse and when the Water St bridge is up the traffic is impassable.
