     The Pledge of Allegiance was said and followed by invocation from Reverend Doctor Demetrius Williams. The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of Proceedings for the regular meeting of March 4, 2014? There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection. Ald. Johnson moved for the Common Council to resolve itself into Committee of the Whole for the purpose of making a presentation. There were no objections. A resolution was presented by Ald. Johnson recognizing Ms. Kaylin Jones for her dedicated service to the Silver Spring Neighborhood Center and Milawukee's youth. Escorting Ms. Jones were Ald. Fond Du Lac Avenue notwithstanding the recommendations of the Licenses Committee.
