The night of the police incident he greeted officers with respect and was looking to follow their orders. He wasn't aware that they were supposed to close at 1 AM. He didn't count patrons so can neither agree nor disagree with the count, but it seemed high. They are looking to change hours so they can comply. He and security staff walk patrons out to cars and they want to work with police. MPD works with neighborhood associations to mitigate illegal activity in the area and states neighbors would like to see the establishment involved.
