     The Pledge of Allegiance was said followed by a moment of silence. The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of Proceedings for the regular meeting of September 3, 2014? There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection. Ald. Kovac moved for the Common Council to resolve itself into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from His Honor, Mayor Tom Barrett, relative to the Mayor's proposed executive budget for the year 2015. There were no objections. His Honor, Mayor Tom Barrett appeared and addressed the Common Council on this matter. Ald. Kovac moved that the Committee of the Whole rise. There were no objections. Ald.
