Jay Wahlia - developer - he has no intention to sell liquor as part of the convenience store.
Ald. Murphy moved for adoption, with the condition that Mr. Wahlia meet with Mr. McMillan to address his concerns, with Mr. Hyslop from the Dept. of City Development acting as intermediary, prior to the Council meeting on April 12th.
