There were five shootings in July. She said she has been threatened by the applicant's son and cussed at by the business personnel. Also, the age advertised by the bar does not depict the actual ages of patrons visiting the bar. She said she has personally witnessed all of these issues from patrons leaving the bar.

Ms. Davis said that the location is unfit for this type of business as the area is residential and not commercial.
Mr. Yanasak testified as to witnessing issues with parking, playing of football, noise, and racing of vehicles by patrons from bars on that street. He said that another alcohol establishment would contribute to these issues.
Ms. Carroll said the location is unfit for business.
