Forest Home Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53215 Asst City Atty Ehrlich said that the last portion of the last sentence of item #8 on the police report is heresay. The Chair moved to stricken the last part of the last sentence of item #8 on the police report, regarding a handgun and shots filed, from consideration. There were no objections.
