Officer Carlos Felix, prosecution unit MPD District 6, was present. He said the licensee failed to abate problems, make progress, and work with the MPD. As of October 21, 2010, the business was considered a nuisance property. A nuisance letter was sent to the licensee from the MPD.
Ald. Zielinski moved to make a 3 page MPD nuisance letter that was sent to the property owner, (pg. 115-117) of the Ebook, dated Oct. 21, 2010, as part of the record. There were no objections.
Ald. Coggs moved to make a MPD letter that was sent to the licensee, (pg. 114) of the Ebook, dated Jan. 27, 2011, as part of the record. There were no objections.

Ald. Donovan was present in objection based on fights in the street, loud music, shooting incidents stemming from the business on a constant basis. He also opposed based upon the licenses being suspended multiple times within the last previous consecutive years without any sign of improvement.
Ald. Kovac moved to make a Sept. 9, 2010 incident report submitted by Ald. Donovan as part of the record. There were no objections. Atty Randall waived his client's right to timely notice of this report and agreed to proceed with the meeting with the report being part of the record.
Sgt. Jay Karas, MPD District 6, was present. He said that the responses and action plan submitted by the licensee was denied by the captain. Also, he stated that the MPD is monitoring the business on a regular basis.
