| | 3. | | PAIR Update – Sarah Davitt attending as guest

Ms. Davitt said that she shared some pictures of the Arts Board vitrine at the City Hall rotunda and made a Power Point presentation about what's been going on with the program and shared her ideas about the vehicle and eyes project.
Ms. Davitt said that TMJ4 would probably come to see what they are doing on the next couple weeks.
Ms. Klose suggested Ms. Svetic to inform the Mayor's office in case he wants to be part of it.
Ms. McSweeney asked when the vehicle is going to be ready.
Ms. Davitt said that the vehicle will be on the road next spring but that she is aiming for late fall to get the naming contest going on.

| | 4. | | New Business
Minutes note: Ms. Svetic said that she has been in communication with a constituent who is working on a bronze sculpture at the Harley Park, trying to raise funds and to get general technical assistance. She also said that the project is at an early stage and asked the members if anyone is interested in providing ideas for funding. Ms. Svetic said that the parcels are owned by the City and that she has reached out Ald. Coggs' office to work on the right way of entry (contract with the City's Real Estate Division). She said that she will keep the subcommittee updated.
Ms. Morris said that this could be an opportunity to start to work on a contract for desectioning as it was discussed before.
Ms. Svetic said that the art bid Vel R. Phillips Plaza has been released, that it is managed by DCD and that she will make sure to have them presenting before this committee as soon as things are more solidified.
Ms. Morris said that Derrick Cainion "Art Intersection MKE" has some projects on the way with MSD (Solar Pavilion).
Ms. Klose said that there is an article "On Milwaukee" and shared the link with the members.
Ms. Klose said that the board funded the Night Life Project on Mitchell St., that she had a change to go, that it was fun and that there are some amazing drone photos of the event.
